Invoicing

How to invoice Winclap

⚠️ This process applies from October 2, 2026. If you sent your invoice by email before that date, do not upload it again on the platform.

In this article we show you how to invoice Winclap to get paid for your collabs.

⚠️ Invoices are no longer sent by email. The whole process happens in Brkaway: that is where you upload or generate your invoice, track its status, and see your estimated payment date.

How it works and when you get paid

When you can invoice

You can invoice once the collab is complete. Complete means you delivered all the content and Winclap reviewed and approved it.

For example: if your collab includes 3 videos, the Add Invoice button stays disabled until you have submitted all 3 and we have confirmed them. Only then does it unlock and you can invoice.

It is one invoice per collab, not per deliverable. If your collab has 5 pieces, you invoice once, at the end.

How to invoice based on your currency

  • USD and CAD: the invoice is generated in Brkaway. You just confirm your bank details and hit Send.
  • ARS, COP, BRL, CLP and other currencies: you issue the invoice in your country and upload it to Brkaway. We validate the amount, the invoice number, and your details.

What we check when you upload your invoice

If you invoice in ARS, BRL, COP or CLP and upload a PDF, this is what we check before accepting it:

  • The file must be a PDF of up to 10 MB.
  • The amount must match the agreed amount for the collab, down to the cent.
  • The invoice currency must be the same as the collab currency.
  • The total cannot be 0.
  • The invoice number cannot be repeated: if you already uploaded one with that number, it is rejected as a duplicate.
  • The name and tax ID on the invoice must match the bank account you declared. Each country guide has the detail.

What we check on your invoice

Payment terms

  • We pay exactly the agreed amount for the full collab. If each deliverable is 100 USD and you delivered 5, the invoice must be 500 USD.
  • Your payment term is the one you agreed to when you signed your contract.
  • Days are counted from the moment you upload the invoice to Brkaway, not from its issue date. If you issued the invoice in June and upload it in September, the clock starts in September.
  • There is no deadline to invoice. As long as the collab is complete, you can do it whenever you want.

If a payment fails

If a payment fails because of incorrect bank details, Treasury will email you. You fix your details in Brkaway and the payment is retried the following week. You do not lose your payment term.

How to upload your invoice, step by step

  1. Log in to Brkaway and click Collabs in the side menu.
  2. Go to the Completed tab and find your collab.
  3. Click the collab and open the Pay & Invoicing tab.
  4. Click Add Invoice.

On that same screen you can see your invoice status and the estimated payment date (Est. Payment Date).

Your invoice statuses

Once you send it, the Pay & Invoicing tab shows your invoice status. These are the ones you may see:

  • Sent: we received it and it is being processed. This is the normal status while we review it and get the payment ready.
  • Paid: we already paid you.
  • Overdue: the agreed payment term has passed and you have not been paid yet. If you see this status, reach out to us.
  • Disapproved: we could not accept it because something does not match (the amount, the invoice number or your details). We tell you why, and you can upload a corrected one.
  • Draft: you created it but have not sent it yet. It only shows on invoices generated in Brkaway (USD and CAD): until you hit Send, it does not reach us.
Sent is a broad status: while it says Sent, your invoice may be under review, already approved, or with the payment on its way. Staying there for several days is normal. To know when you will be paid, check the estimated payment date (Est. Payment Date).
