Brazil Invoicing

If you get paid in reais you invoice Winclap do Brasil LTDA, and your invoice must be an NFS-e, the Nota Fiscal de Serviços Eletrônica.

Accepted document

Only the NFS-e is accepted, which is the invoice for services. A goods invoice does not work and is rejected automatically.

What to put in the description

Creator name + brand name + work month. For example: Lukas Viana - Red Bull - Junho.

Final document amount

It is one nota per collab, not per deliverable. The total is the sum of all approved videos plus any extra expenses, and it must match the agreed amount for the collab.

If the total is not clear in the PDF, we read the Valor do Serviço field, so make sure it is filled in correctly.

How to upload it

1. Issue the NFS-e and download the PDF.
2. Log in to Brkaway and click Collabs in the side menu.
3. Go to the Completed tab and find your collab.
4. Open the Pay & Invoicing tab and click Add Invoice.
5. Upload the PDF and attach receipts for extra expenses if there are any.
6. Pick your bank account: you can use a PIX key, or banco, agência and conta.

Bank details

We need the account holder, your CNPJ (14 digits) or CPF (11 digits), the bank name and either your PIX key or banco, agência and conta.

Most common mistakes

• The nota is not addressed to Winclap do Brasil LTDA.
• The CNPJ 34.553.298/0001-89 is missing.
• It is not an NFS-e but a goods invoice.
• The amount does not match the agreed amount for the collab.
