Colombia Invoicing

⚠️ This process applies from October 2, 2026. If you sent your invoice by email before that date, do not upload it again on the platform.

If you get paid in Colombian pesos you invoice WINCLAP COLOMBIA SAS, and your invoice must be a Factura Electrónica de Venta with a CUFE.

⚠️ Invoices are no longer sent by email. They are now uploaded directly in Brkaway, from the Pay & Invoicing tab of your collab.

Company details

  • Business name: WINCLAP COLOMBIA SAS
  • NIT: 901.696.591-6
  • Address: Calle 103 13 A 06, Bogotá DC, Colombia
  • Currency: COP

Accepted documents

Only the Factura Electrónica de Venta is accepted, and it must carry the CUFE. Without a CUFE it is not an official electronic document and it is rejected.

Credit and debit notes are not accepted. We detect them by the CUDE, so renaming the title does not help: if you issued the wrong document, issue the original invoice instead.

Final invoice amount

It is one invoice per collab, not per deliverable. The total is the sum of all approved videos plus any extra expenses, and it must match the agreed amount for the collab.

Because Colombian invoices include VAT in the total, we compare the subtotal before VAT against the agreed amount.

How to upload it

  1. Issue the electronic invoice and download the PDF.
  2. Log in to Brkaway and click Collabs in the side menu.
  3. Go to the Completed tab and find your collab.
  4. Open the Pay & Invoicing tab and click Add Invoice.
  5. Upload the PDF and attach receipts for extra expenses if there are any.
  6. Fill in your bank details.

Bank details

We need the account holder, your NIT, the bank, the account type (ahorros or corriente) and the account number.

Most common mistakes

  • The invoice is not addressed to WINCLAP COLOMBIA SAS.
  • The PDF has no CUFE, meaning it is not an official electronic document.
  • A credit or debit note was issued instead of the invoice.
  • The subtotal before VAT does not match the agreed amount for the collab.
Heads up, Colombia is stricter than the other countries: the name and NIT on the invoice must be exactly the same as the ones on the bank account you declared. Abbreviations and variants are not accepted. If the invoice says María Suárez, the account must say María Suárez, and both must be the person who created the content.
