How to approve or reject content

After reviewing a deliverable, you need to make a decision: approve it so the creator advances to the next stage, or reject it so they can correct it.

Approve a deliverable

Click "Approve" inside the viewer. The creator receives a notification and the deliverable automatically advances to the next stage of the workflow. If it was the last stage (Content in Review), the creator moves on to publishing the content.

Reject and request changes

If the content doesn't meet the guidelines, click "Reject". You must leave a comment explaining what you need the creator to change. The creator receives the notification with your feedback and can resubmit the corrected content.
