What to do if a Deliverable is overdue or delayed

If a deliverable passes its due date without the creator having submitted it, it appears as overdue in your panel. Brkaway automatically notifies the creator when the deadline is approaching and when it's exceeded.

Communicate with the creator

The first step is to send a message to the creator from the Messages section of the collab. The creator may have had an unexpected situation or needs more time. If you agree on an extension, you can modify the deliverable's due date from the collab settings.

Escalate the issue

If the creator doesn't respond or can't fulfill the delivery, contact the Brkaway team from the support button. The team can mediate, reassign the collab, or manage the necessary steps to resolve the situation.
