How to leave comments on a Deliverable
Comments let you give specific feedback to the creator about the submitted content, without needing to use another communication channel.
Leave a comment
Inside the deliverable viewer, you'll find the comments panel on the right. Write your feedback and click Send. The creator receives a notification and can respond from their account.
Comments with timestamps
For videos, you can pin the comment to a specific moment by clicking on the exact frame before writing. This helps the creator understand exactly which part of the video your feedback refers to.
