Revisions and approvals

What to do when changes are requested and how approvals work.

Revisions

Requested changes appear in the platform chat. The stage resets to 'ready to record'. Resubmit the updated version following the same upload procedure.

DO NOT delete previous versions. Keep all content and differentiate versions by adding '_Version 2' or '_Rerecording' to the filename.

Approvals

When the client approves the content, the platform marks it as approved automatically and the project advances to the next stage.
