How to accept collaborations, view deliverables, and understand the stages.

Requests

Collaboration invitations appear in Collabs → Requests. Before accepting:

Review the collaboration details.
Access the contracts section and sign agreements.
Read the requirements, dates, payments, and exclusivity terms.
Clarify questions via the platform chat.
Click the JOIN button to confirm acceptance.

If you don't click 'Join', the collaboration will not be marked as accepted.

Deliverables

When a collab includes multiple videos, each one has its own process with delivery dates and approval statuses visible in the 'Deliverables' section.

Storyboards

Creative instructions are available in the 'Documents' section within each collaboration.

Stages

Concept: the creative concept.
Content: recording and editing the content.
Post: publishing the content.

Organic content requires concept approval before moving to recording. Ads skip the concept phase. The final stage requires sharing the published content link.
