USA Invoicing
How to invoice from the United States.
If you are based in the United States, the invoice is generated through the Brkaway platform.
Step by step
- Log in to Brkaway and click 'Collabs' in the left sidebar.
- Select the 'Active' or 'Completed' tab.
- Find the collaboration using search or scrolling.
- Click the collaboration to access details.
- Go to the 'Pay & Invoicing' tab.
- Click '+ Add Invoice' and fill in all required fields.
- Add Tax ID (passport or identity document) and address.
- Attach extra expense files and add line items.
- Add ACH (USD bank account) and address details if not already provided.
- Click 'Preview and Send'.
Important dates
- Submit invoice between the 25th and 30th of the worked month.
- Invoice is reviewed in the first days of the following month.
- Payment is made between the 10th and 15th if everything is correct.
- Payments are processed on Thursdays.
- May take up to 48 business hours to clear.
