How to invoice from the United States.

If you are based in the United States, the invoice is generated through the Brkaway platform.

Step by step

  1. Log in to Brkaway and click 'Collabs' in the left sidebar.
  2. Select the 'Active' or 'Completed' tab.
  3. Find the collaboration using search or scrolling.
  4. Click the collaboration to access details.
  5. Go to the 'Pay & Invoicing' tab.
  6. Click '+ Add Invoice' and fill in all required fields.
  7. Add Tax ID (passport or identity document) and address.
  8. Attach extra expense files and add line items.
  9. Add ACH (USD bank account) and address details if not already provided.
  10. Click 'Preview and Send'.

Important dates

  • Submit invoice between the 25th and 30th of the worked month.
  • Invoice is reviewed in the first days of the following month.
  • Payment is made between the 10th and 15th if everything is correct.
  • Payments are processed on Thursdays.
  • May take up to 48 business hours to clear.
