Requests
Collaboration invitations appear in Collabs → Requests. Before accepting:
- Review the collaboration details.
- Access the contracts section and sign agreements.
- Read the requirements, dates, payments, and exclusivity terms.
- Clarify questions via the platform chat.
- Click the JOIN button to confirm acceptance.
Deliverables
When a collab includes multiple videos, each one has its own process with delivery dates and approval statuses visible in the 'Deliverables' section.
Storyboards
Creative instructions are available in the 'Documents' section within each collaboration.
Stages
- Concept: the creative concept.
- Concept in Review
- Content: recording and editing the content.
- Content in Review
- Post: publishing the content.
Organic content requires concept approval before moving to recording. Ads skip the concept phase. The final stage requires sharing the published content link.
Uploading content
File upload
Files are attached within the Collab selection, in the Deliverables section. The platform supports video and audio formats.
File naming
Once content is uploaded, it is very important to rename it using the pencil icon.
Submission for approval
- Once all content is uploaded, submit it for approval.
- If you don't select the approval option, Winclap will not receive the notification.
- You can add notes to the submission to clarify anything.

Revisions and approvals
Revisions
Requested changes appear in the platform chat. The stage resets to 'ready to record'. Resubmit the updated version following the same upload procedure.
Approvals
When the client approves the content, the platform marks it as approved automatically and the project advances to the next stage.
