How to respond to a review

You can publicly respond to reviews that creators leave about your brand. A well-written response shows that your team listens and values feedback.

Respond to a review

From your brand profile, go to the Reviews section. For each unanswered review you'll see the "Respond" button. Write your response and click Publish. The response appears alongside the original review.

Best practices

Always respond with respect, even if the review is negative. Thank the creator for the feedback, acknowledge what's warranted, and explain what steps you're taking to improve. Avoid generic responses: creators and other profile visitors read them and value genuine replies.
