Deliverables Due table

The Deliverables Due table shows deliverables with an upcoming deadline or that have already passed their due date. It's the tool for spotting delays and proactively following up with creators before a problem gets worse.

Table columns

The table has five columns: Creator (the creator responsible for the deliverable), Brand (the brand associated with the collab), Deliverable Name (the name of the deliverable), Assignees (your team members responsible for follow-up), and Due Date (the deadline; if it's already passed, it appears highlighted in red).

Stage per deliverable

Each row also shows the current stage of the deliverable: Concept (the initial proposal hasn't been submitted yet), Content (the final content hasn't been submitted yet), or Post (the content hasn't been published on the corresponding platform yet). This helps you understand at which point in the flow the delay is happening.

Search and filter

The table has a search bar and filters to narrow down results by creator, brand, assignee, or date range.

Tip

If a deliverable shows as overdue, the first step is to message the creator directly from the collab to understand what's happening. Acting quickly prevents the delay from affecting the entire campaign.
